Amsterdam Lounge in downtown Boise takes espresso-style cocktails very seriously, and is known for dedicating one full page of their drink menu to different “espresso cocktail” creations. Of course, the traditional espresso martini is an excellent go-to, but Amsterdam offers a variety of different coffee-inspired cocktail combinations including the “Nutter Butter” with Irish coffee and Screwball peanut butter whiskey and the “Runaway Soul,” featuring Jameson, Bailey’s and of course — espresso.
